Terms of purchase & guarantee

What you are buying

Each listing is a Smite game account that we bought from a player and checked by hand: the level, gods and skins match the description. SmiteAccounts is not affiliated with Hi-Rez Studios.

Please note that the Hi-Rez, Steam and Epic Games terms of service do not allow account trading. Our guarantee below covers blocks, but no seller can promise that a game company will never enforce its own rules.

How a purchase works

All purchases are made on G2G. Your payment is held in G2G escrow and released to the seller only after you receive the account. Delivery is automatic and instant.

As soon as you receive the account, change its email and password. This keeps the account yours alone and is a condition of the guarantee.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by G2G under its buyer protection program, GamerProtect. If something is wrong with your order, open a dispute on G2G before you confirm that you received it. G2G’s rules and time limits apply.

180-day replacement guarantee

For 180 days after your purchase, if the account stops working through no fault of yours, we replace it with an account of the same or lower price from our current listings — you choose which one. This covers, for example, the previous owner recovering the account, losing the ability to log in, or a block by Hi-Rez, Steam or Epic Games.

If there is no suitable account in our listings when you contact us, we will replace yours as soon as one appears.

What the guarantee does not cover

Problems caused by the buyer are not covered: for example, sharing your login details with someone else, not changing the email and password after delivery, or a ban for cheating, abusive behavior or other violations of the game’s rules. Requests made more than 180 days after the purchase are not covered either.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
